The City of Winnipeg has recently launched 311. No longer will you need to remember dozens of phone numbers!
Open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, the Centre will operate Winnipeg's new citizen inquiry service, designed to provide citizens with the opportunity to ask questions about, or to request any non-emergency City service at their convenience. Customer Service Representatives will be available day or night to answer inquiries from the public, in both official languages.
Citizens can connect with the new Centre by phone at 311, by fax at 311, by email at 311@winnipeg.ca or by TTY at 986-1311.
